Dear Oleg Leonidovich!
A member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi, applying his formula of the general reality as well as his wave synthesis theory for the purpose of preventive earthquake and disaster forecast, translated the crystal module of the forecast into a digital form. As evidence that proves that the above-stated module allows for the realization of a preventive earthquake forecast, earthquake statistics were used, provided by the Central Experimental Methodical Expedition of Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Testing of the digital model of the device was conducted on past and future earthquakes. On the earthquakes of the past – by changing the model’s initial parameters to the parameters prior to the beginning of earthquakes. On the earthquakes of the future – by software processing of both an electronic terrain map and extrapolation data of the Earth surface monitoring from satellites provided by VNII GOChS (All-Russia Scientific Research Institute on Problems of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations). In the capacity of the earthquakes that actually happened in the past the data of 1000 registered earthquakes were used for the period from January 7, 1901 through July 4, 1918 (the data -18 pages – are provided in the annex). In the capacity of the earthquakes of the future in July of 1999 the forecast was confirmed for all the areas where software processing of an electronic terrain map was conducted (for example: on July 3, 1999 during the time period from 9.03 a.m. to19.26 p.m. the earthquakes were corroborated in the regions of Kamchatka at 9.03 a.m. M 5.1; of Japan at 9.30 a.m. M 6.2; of Alaska at 7.26 p.m. M 5.4. And on July 4, 1999 during the time period from 5.38 a.m. to 1.32 p.m. the earthquakes in the regions of Philippines at 5.38 a.m. M 4.8; of Kamchatka at 1.32 p.m. M 4.0 were corroborated). In all the cases the predicted phase was fully confirmed. Presently in order to translate the crystal module parameters in a digital form into the form of a microprocessor that is able to work for a long interval of time without additional calculations, the laser radiation characteristics from a physical source have to be translated into a digital form.
Respectfully,
Head of the Agency for Monitoring and Forecasting Emergency Situations VNII GOChS

CONCLUSIONS FROM THE LABORATORY SETTING TEST REPORT OF THE INFORMATION MODULE – THE INFORMATION TRANSFER SYSTEM
OF AUGUST 14, 2000
Based on the Laboratory setting test report pertaining to the Information Module created and calculated by G.P. Grabovoi, it has been proved that using the low power signal information transfer system at the level of mental concentration, the signals were registered by an optical receiver. Thought transference was performed through mental concentration of an operator on the mental image sensor, that is, on the sensing unit of the transmitter (see the report fig.1, p. 4, unit 1-a), comprised of sensitive elements of spherical shape; and using the similarity principle based on Grigori Grabovoi’s theory of wave synthesis and his formula of general reality, the thought was transferred to signal receiver that has similar sensing unit (fig. 1, p.4 which is equivalent to the sender 1-6). The thought coming from the signal receiver was registered by the intensity variation of optical radiation. Taking into consideration the fact that, according to the theory of wave synthesis, the crystal system, described in G.P. Grabovoi’s patent “The Disaster Prevention Method and the Device for Its Implementation” in accordance with the application for the invention No: 99120836/28 (022309) of October 7, 1999, was converted for a sphere that contains apportioned spheres of a lesser size, and given that the thought transference was registered, it follows that transmission as well as receipt of optical elements can be performed in the shape of spheres and cubes.
Since the concentration of thought was performed by different operators it may be concluded that transfer of mental images by means of this information transfer system can be done by any person.

Not only has Grigori Grabovoi created the theory which is impossible to refute, since it was proved, when published in the “Microelectronics” magazine, using the methods of commonly accepted higher mathematics, but also he corroborated this theory by the results of the experiments using the devices designed in accordance with his patents.
4. The patents of Grigori P. Grabovoi protect the disaster prevention method, and the system of information transfer with the use of generation of signal based on thought radiation produced by man.
It was often reported in the 2014 popular scientific TV broadcasts of the achievements of the scientists who can display an image of a thought radiated by a man, on a computer screen. In Grigori P. Grabovoi’s patents, a thought radiated by a person, by means of crystals is transformed into a control signal for the purpose of the disaster preventive forecasting.
By using a light-optical structure of thinking highlighted in the patents, and dependent on the intensity of a man’s thinking who, when working with the devices, is an operator, it is possible, based on the principle of “universal connections” of optical radiations of any element of reality to develop the abilities of creative control of reality to ensure eternal life.
The principle of capturing primary information of objects as a light-optical image, of transforming information into canonical forms that allow for physico-mathematical calculations, that principle was used by G.P. Grabovoi while working on the patents, and he explains it in the video protocol below:
Studying, understanding this light-optical structure of thinking, patented by G.P. Grabovoi, allows for, as can be seen from the records of the Rostov State University, the Scientific Research Institute of Physical & Organic Chemistry, an accurate forecast of the outcome of experiments even before the commencement of the experiments, that is to say that it leads to creation of a new branch of science. This branch of science will create for the first time a qualitative leap forward in the development of our civilization which rests on knowledge of the future in the course of scientific research. This way the development of science will be aimed at ensuring eternal life for people.

We, Sergei Vasilievich Kurbatov, Associate Professor at the RSU Department of Natural and High Molecular Compounds Chemistry, and Valery Ivanovich Kornilov, PhD in Chemical sciences, Associate Professor of that same Department, and Head of the RSU НИИФОХ Laboratory, set a task before Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi (born November 14, 1963, birth certificate II-ОГ № 463794) to characterize the transformation velocity of substance I into substance II in solution at 25OC (the number of cyclizations – recyclizations per second)
The answer was given by Grigori P. Grabovoi in his office (14/2 Solianka St., Moscow) practically instantaneously: the order of migrations was determined as five (5) per second, which is consistent with the experiment conducted afterwards by means of NMR-spectroscopy and calculations.
We consider the answer given by Grigori P. Grabovoi, who is not trained in physicochemical methods of research, to be based on his ability to foresee processes occurring at the molecular level.

The answer was given by Grigori P. Grabovoi in his office (14/2 Solianka St., Moscow) practically instantaneously: the order of migrations was determined as 106 per second, which is consistent with the experimental and calculated data. Chance coincidence is scarcely probable, since migration in the compounds of this kind depends on substituting groups, and can occur within a wide range (from 106 to 10-6 times per second).
We consider the answer given by Grigori P. Grabovoi to be based on his ability to foresee processes occurring at the molecular level.

The answer was written by Grigori P. Grabovoi in his office (14/2 Solianka St., Moscow) practically instantaneously. He determined it to be 20-30 migrations per second, which coincided with experimental data. The solution of this problem is possible by means of nuclear magnetic resonance, and quantum-mechanical calculations. G.P. Grabovoi, not being a chemist whatsoever, far less being a specialist in this narrow field of organic chemistry, and not being equipped with special methods to study substance structure, wrote his decision instantaneously, while in his office (14/2 Solianka St., Moscow), in favor of structure (II), concluding in addition that in the magnetic field appearance of the third structure, which we had left out of consideration, was possible. G.P. Grabovoi could not have prior knowledge about the fact that the said process was being observed by the authors in the magnetic field, which can influence the character of an intermediate particle. Such representations are in line with our findings based on the experiment as well as with the views of other experts in the field.
For the foregoing reasons, we consider the forecast given by G.P. Grabovoi to be based solely on his ability to foresee processes occurring at the molecular level.
